In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred 
Buda • Kyle • East Austin, TX 
$20.00–$26.00/hour | Guaranteed 30 Hours | Full-rate Compensation for both client and non-client facing responsibilities| Annual Bonuses

Competitive Compensation 

  • $20.00–$26.00/hour based on experience 

  • Guaranteed 30 hours per week 

  •  Full hourly pay for required non-billable work, including meetings, training, and other assigned responsibilities—never minimum wage

What You'll Do 

  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes. 

  • Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA. 

  • Teach communication, social, adaptive living, play, and behavior management skills. 

  • Collect session data and complete documentation. 

  • Partner with families and your clinical team. 

  • Travel between client homes within your assigned area. 

Qualifications 

Required 

  • Active RBT Certification 

  • Experience providing ABA therapy 

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license 

  • Excellent communication skills 

Preferred 

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) 

  • Experience working with children 

* Bilingual Pay Opportunity: Candidates who are fluent in both English and Spanish are encouraged to apply! Qualified bilingual employees who use both languages in their role will receive an additional $1.00/hour bilingual pay differential 

Physical Requirements 

  • Lift up to 50 pounds. 

  • Ability to Stand, bend, kneel and sit on the floor 

  • Comfortable working in active, play-based environments inside client homes
