Quality Electrical Systems is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team in the production and installation of Fabricated Electrical Houses (E-Houses) for industrial applications. This role involves electrical installation, equipment wiring, and system testing, all performed to the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Perform electrical installation and wiring of
industrial equipment including switchgear, control panels, transformers, and power distribution
units inside modular E-House structures.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics,
blueprints, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate layout and execution.
- Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and
inspection of electrical systems to verify compliance with QES and industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality
control teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations,
NEC standards, and company safety policies during all work activities.
- Assist with documentation including work orders, wiring logs, and quality inspection records.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and test instruments
(e.g., multimeters, insulation testers) as required for installation and diagnostics.
- Support mechanical assembly teams as
needed during integrated build phases.

Qualifications:- Licensed Electrician: or technical certification
- or associate’s degree in electrical technology or industrial systems preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial
electrical installation, panel wiring, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes
(e.g., NEC) and safe work practices in industrial environments.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with installation practices for low
and medium voltage systems, conduit bending, and cable terminations.
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification (preferred but not required).
- Effective communication skills and a team
- oriented mindset.

- Exposure to IEEE, UL, or utilityspecific
specifications for electrical systems.
