Forklift Operator — Reach Truck & Order Picker | 1st Shift | Weekly Pay

USA Parkway (McCarran/TRIC Area), Nevada | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | $22.00/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced distribution and warehouse operation located on USA Parkway. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for professionals who thrive in a high-volume environment and have hands-on experience operating Reach Trucks and Order Pickers. Multiple position types are available depending on your experience — see below.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: $22.00 per hour
  • Weekly Pay: Every Friday
  • Shift: 1st Shift — Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Positions Available

We are hiring for three specialized forklift operator roles. All positions require core forklift competency — additional responsibilities vary by role.

Inbound Driver
  • Operate Reach Trucks and Order Pickers safely and efficiently
  • Receive, move, stage, and put away inbound inventory
  • Unload trailers and containers and verify counts against receiving documents
  • Put away products at various rack heights
  • Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
  • Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems as required
  • Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating standards
Cycle Count Driver

All Inbound Driver responsibilities, plus:

  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits throughout the facility
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with inventory reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate inventory records at all times
  • Work closely with inventory control and operations teams to ensure accuracy

Cycle Count candidates must have previous inventory control experience to be considered for this role.

Replenishment (Replen) Driver

All Inbound Driver responsibilities, plus:

  • Replenish pick locations from reserve and bulk storage to keep lines fully stocked
  • Move and let down pallets to primary pick faces at various rack heights
  • Monitor stock levels and prioritize replenishment to prevent picking delays
  • Maintain product location accuracy within the warehouse management system

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of recent Reach Truck experience
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Order Picker experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to safety
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance record
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Pre-employment background check required — must pass prior to start date
  • Pre-employment drug screening required — must pass prior to start date

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-volume distribution or fulfillment center
  • RF Scanner experience
