Forklift Operator – Reach Truck & Order Picker

Location: USA Parkway, NV
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate

  • Day Shifts: $22.00/hour
  • Night Shift: $22.50/hour

Available Shifts

1st Shift

Monday – Friday
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
$22.00/hour

Day Shift

Sunday – Wednesday
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
$22.00/hour

Night Shift

Wednesday – Saturday
4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Join a Growing Logistics Team

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced distribution and warehouse operation located at USA Parkway. This is an excellent opportunity for safety-focused professionals who thrive in a high-volume environment and have experience operating specialized warehouse equipment.

Candidates must have strong experience operating Reach Trucks and Order Pickers in a warehouse or distribution center environment.

Positions Available

Forklift Operator

  • Operate Reach Trucks and Order Pickers safely and efficiently
  • Move, stage, load, unload, and replenish inventory
  • Pick and put away products at various rack heights
  • Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
  • Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating standards
  • Maintain productivity and accuracy expectations
  • Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems as required
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Cycle Count Forklift Operator

In addition to the responsibilities listed above:

  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with inventory reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Utilize warehouse management systems and RF scanners
  • Work closely with inventory control and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy

Cycle Count candidates must have previous Inventory Control experience.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 1 year of recent Reach Truck experience
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Order Picker experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

  • Experience in a high-volume distribution or fulfillment center
  • RF Scanner experience
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
  • Previous cycle counting or inventory control experience
