Monday- Thursday 3pm-1:30am (Fridays only as needed)

First Shift Monday- Thursday 5am-3:30pm (Fridays only as needed)

We are seeking a highly skilled Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team during the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting equipment to produce precise components and assemblies. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will ensure high-quality production standards are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate laser cutting machines, ensuring accurate calibration and alignment
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to program laser equipment
  • Utilize CNC programming skills to optimize cutting processes and improve efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser machinery to minimize downtime
  • Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions
  • Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment
  • Collaborate with fabrication, assembly, and quality control teams to meet production deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety standards
  • Support tooling changes and adjustments for various projects as needed

Qualifications:
