PRN - Registered Nurse (Evening Shift)

Location: Gloucester, MA, 01930
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Payrate: $40 - $45/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN (per diem) opportunity at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Gloucester, MA. The ideal candidate will have a background in long-term care or post-acute settings and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct resident assessments and update care plans accordingly
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident conditions
  • Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare support staff
  • Accurately document all care using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies and procedures
  • Provide compassionate and effective nursing care in a skilled nursing environment

Requirements:
