In a Compression Shop Associate job, you'll be responsible for:
  • Operating compression molding presses and related production equipment
  • Loading raw materials into compression molds and removing finished components
  • Monitoring machine operation to ensure products meet quality and production standards
  • Inspecting molded parts for defects, dimensions, and overall quality
  • Trimming, finishing, and preparing molded products for the next stage of production
  • Performing basic machine adjustments and reporting equipment issues to supervisors
