We are seeking a highly-skilled and dedicated professional to join our team.
The Security Ambassador is responsible for overseeing activities relating to security while on-duty at a gated residential community, ensuring professional service delivery, officer performance and client satisfaction. This role entails strong communication skills and the ability to enforce policies consistently while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.

Schedule:

Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday OFF OFF OFF 12:30PM- 6:30PM 6:30AM-6:30PM 6:30AM-6:30PM 6:30AM-6:30PM

Total weekly hours = 42 hours (set schedule 4 days on and 3 days off)
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enforce access control to the property, only admitting entrance to persons that are verified residents or visitors that have been granted access to enter by an resident.
  • Interact with client management.
  • Oversee the distribution and keep detailed inventory of access keys and EZ tags.
  • Log all visitors to the property using the company software.
  • Respond to and report all emergency situations during your shift.
  • Write reports of daily activities and irregularities as required by the Company, such as equipment or property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences.
  • Conduct property patrols in provided vehicles, documenting your observations with commentary and pictures using the company reporting software.
  • Enforce property rules while on patrol.
  • Monitor property using camera surveillance system displayed in the guard house.
