Concierge Security Officer – 77098

Schedule

Friday through Tuesday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PMDays Off: Wednesday & Thursday

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Concierge Security Officer to oversee freight elevator operations and maintain a secure, organized environment within the property. This position combines security responsibilities with concierge-level service, ensuring smooth coordination of deliveries, vendor access, and tenant assistance.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage building traffic while providing exceptional service to tenants, visitors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage freight elevator operations for deliveries, move-ins, move-outs, and vendor access
  • Verify identification, work orders, delivery documentation, and authorization for all contractors and vendors
  • Maintain security presence at loading dock and freight elevator areas
  • Coordinate elevator scheduling to minimize disruptions and maintain efficient building operations
  • Conduct routine patrols of designated areas including loading docks, service corridors, and common areas
  • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, alarms, or suspicious activity
  • Provide concierge-style customer service to tenants, guests, and building staff
  • Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and delivery records
  • Enforce property policies, safety procedures, and access control protocols
  • Communicate effectively with property management, maintenance teams, and security supervisors
  • Assist with package handling coordination and visitor direction when needed

Qualifications

  • Previous security, concierge, hospitality, or building operations experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain professional and calm in high-traffic or stressful situations
