Job description

LV Luxury Jewelers is a family-owned luxury jewelry and fine timepiece retailer, operating multiple high-end boutiques in Las Vegas. Renowned for offering prestigious watch brands and boutique-level client service, we are seeking a Certified Rolex Watchmaker to join our Rolex Boutique Plaque Service Center Level 60 team. This role is integral to maintaining the exceptional standards our clients expect and ensuring every timepiece receives the highest level of care and precision.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform complete service, assembly, and repair of Rolex watches in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct mechanical diagnostics, disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, reassembly, timing, and regulation of watch movements.
  • Execute quality control inspections at each stage to ensure precision, accuracy, and aesthetics.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of work performed, parts used, and service history for each timepiece.
  • Communicate with clients or sales associates regarding repair timelines, technical findings, and recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly equipped service workspace.
  • Stay current with Rolex service protocols, technical updates, and best practices through ongoing training and education.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Rolex Certification (Rolex-certified Level 30 watchmaker) in good standing
  • 3–5 years of professional watchmaking experience
  • Professional experience servicing and repairing Rolex watches to manufacturer guidelines
  • Mechanical expertise with high-precision Swiss movements, including high-complication movements
  • Hands-on proficiency using watch timing equipment for measurement and regulation
  • Experience independently managing a personal workflow queue
  • Experience communicating repair timelines, findings, and recommendations to clients or customer-facing sales staff
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional experience performing full mechanical service workflows (diagnostics, disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, reassembly, timing and regulation)
  • Experience working in a luxury retail or authorized watch service environment
  • Hands-on experience using ultrasonic cleaning equipment for watch components
  • Hands-on experience using laser engraving equipment
