Description:
The RN in this position will work in the PACU, Phase 1 and Phase 2 areas, to care for various post-op patients with varying acuity. The Staff RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients. Functions as the leader for a nursing unit and assumes responsibility as Charge Nurse when assigned this task. There will be rotating late days to finish out the schedule, but no call, holidays or weekends.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia. Current BLS certification required. ACLS and PALS required within 1 year of hire.
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Experience: Experience preferred.
