Your responsibilities include:Conducting patient visits to assess nursing needsCompleting initial evaluation visits and developing individualized plans of carePerforming ongoing comprehensive assessments and revising plans as needed under physician directionProviding skilled nursing treatments and educating patients and caregivers on disease processes, self‑care, and preventionInitiating preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures as orderedPreparing clinical and progress notes and coordinating services with other care team membersCommunicating directly with physicians and staff to ensure continuity of careRe‑evaluating patient needs and assisting with discharge planningSupervising LPNs, vocational nurses, and home health aides when appropriatePracticing infection control and universal precautionsReporting suspected abuse according to state and federal guidelinesAssisting with office tasks and new‑nurse orientation when neededYou take pride in providing high‑quality care that truly impacts patients' lives.QualificationsGraduate of an approved school of professional nursingActive RN license in the state of OklahomaAt least 1 year of nursing experienceCPR certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insuranceAbility to travel long distances and adapt to changing schedulesExperience in home health, critical care, or emergency care is preferredWe're looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, manages time well, and works effectively both independently and as part of a team.Work SchedulePRNReady to Join Our Team?Our application process is quick and simple.
