Position DetailsRole: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Shift: Day Shift
Hours: 12‑hour day shifts available
Employment Type: Full‑Time and Part‑Time
Schedule: Every other weekend required
LPN Responsibilities (Day Shift)Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, including medication administration, treatments, wound care, and documentation
Monitor resident conditions and complete focused assessments throughout the day
Promptly notify the RN or physician of any changes in condition
Supervise and support Nursing Assistants during assigned shifts
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies
