Position Summary The Virtual Appointment Setter is responsible for conducting outbound prospecting activities, engaging potential clients, qualifying interest, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate lead information within the Company's CRM system. This position supports Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, Senior Asset Managers, and Sales Leadership by creating qualified sales opportunities and maintaining a consistent appointment pipeline. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, persistence, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with prospective clients. Primary Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting • Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients and individuals. • Contact qualified leads through phone, email, and approved communication channels. • Introduce Chrysolite IMC and its Private Wealth Management and Commercial Real Estate investment solutions. • Identify prospect needs, interests, and potential opportunities. • Qualify prospects based on established criteria. • Maintain organized lead lists and prospect records. Appointment Setting Responsibilities • Schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives and Senior Sales Professionals. • Confirm appointment details with prospects. • Maintain appointment calendars and scheduling accuracy. • Provide appointment notes and prospect information to assigned sales representatives. • Follow up with prospects regarding scheduled meetings. • Track appointment outcomes and next steps. CRM & Reporting Responsibilities • Maintain accurate and complete CRM records. • Document prospect conversations, activities, and follow-up requirements. • Submit daily activity reports and appointment tracking information. • Maintain updated lead status and pipeline information. • Follow Company reporting procedures and documentation standards.
