Part-Time Enhanced Support Staff
Pay: $28.50/hour up to $35.00 depending on shift and experience. Plus mileage reimbursement at the federal rate
Location: Home & Community
We are hiring part-time Enhanced Support Staff to provide individualized support for a young man with autism. This role focuses on building independence, daily living skills, and behavioral support in both the home and community.
Responsibilities:
    •    Provide positive behavioral support and problem-solving
    •    Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
    •    Promote independence while ensuring safety
    •    Support meaningful routines and preferred activities (not musicals, theater, or coffee shop socializing)
Schedule:
    •    Part-time position
    •    Shifts are available between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
    •    Open shifts may be split between more than one staff member for flexibility
Qualifications:
    •    Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
OR current NADD Competency-Based IDD/MI DSP Certification
OR RBT certification
    •    Minimum 1 year of caregiving, TSS, PCA, or similar experience
    •    Experience with autism and/or developmental disabilities
    •    Reliable, consistent, patient, and skilled in problem-solving
