Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment requiring at least 6 months of recent Rad Tech experience and ARRT (R) certification.

Details
  • Work in the Diagnostic Radiology unit of a 760-bed hospital
  • Unit staffed with 10 day-shift, 5 evening-shift, and 2 night-shift technologists
  • Uses GE imaging equipment
  • Charting performed in Meditech EMR
  • Evening shift scheduled from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
  • Typical procedures include OR/Fluoro and ED imaging
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months current experience as a Radiology Technician
  • ARRT (R) certification required
  • BLS certification required
  • Active KS state license required if applicable
  • Trauma/OR experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently preferred
  • No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
Additional Information
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including OR/Fluoro and ED cases
  • Team-oriented environment valuing confident, hard-working staff with strong patient care focus
  • Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered
  • Local candidates will not be considered
