Classification: Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
Reports to: President
Work Location/Travel: Work is remote or on-site at client location. Percentage of travel to client sites, where the travel occurs, such as locally or in specific countries or states, and whether the travel is overnight, varies.
Job Summary:
The Oracle Field Service Cloud Technical Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end integrations within Oracle Field Service Cloud, utilizing their in-depth knowledge of the plug-in framework and proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, and tightly integrating Oracle Field Service Cloud with Oracle Service Cloud. Additionally, expertise in capturing time and expenses through Field Service is essential.
Essential Functions:
• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end integrations in and out of Oracle Field Service Cloud.
• Develop and customize plug-ins to enhance functionality, including expertise in capturing time and expenses through field service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and design scalable solutions.
• Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for efficient and reliable integration workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for Oracle Field Service Cloud integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate Oracle Field Service Cloud with ERP Cloud and HCM Cloud systems.

• May conduct project performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Work Environment:
The work environment is remote or on-site at a client location. While remote, employees are expected to provide office space for themselves with a professional background (including virtual backgrounds) and noise level. A reliable and consistent internet connection is required.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
• Bending, sitting, lifting, and/or driving.
Position Type and expected hours of work:
• Full-time work during Apex IT business hours and, at times, outside of business hours, if required.
Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science-related field or commensurate experience required.
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect with a focus on Oracle Field Service Cloud integration.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Field Service Cloud and its technical components.
• Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building and managing integrations.
• Hands-on experience with the plug-in framework for Oracle Field Service Cloud.
• Ability to integrate and help design Oracle Service Cloud as it will be tightly integrated with Field Service
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Education and Experience:
• Familiarity with integrating Oracle Field Service Cloud with ERP Cloud and HCM Cloud
