Location: Onsite - Kohler, WI 

Competitive Compensation: 26.47 per hour, plus 1.50 shift premium 

Shift: 3rd Shift, 9:00PM - 5:18AM plus overtime 
Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed

We are looking for an Iron Foundry Operator - Herman Pattern Hauler/Cleaner  to join our Cast Iron division. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products. 

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities 

  • Perform all jobs on the Herman Line to provide relief and to train new associates. 

  • Check chang and maintain day codes on all patterns 

  • Check Sprue Formers go / no-go gauge before and after pattern changes 

  • Deliver patterns to and from pattern storage area 

  • Operate core setting robot. 

  • Perform pattern changes. 

  • Operate hoist and Crane as well as perform safety check sheet. And OPM list. 

  • Deliver core and change core in the robot core setting area 

  • Operate PIV as well as perform check list 

  • Communicating with operator and supervisor on pattern changes 

  • Inspect patterns and carriers when installing and removing patterns from the Machine tag patterns appropriately. 

  • Slag Auto pour furnace as required daily 

  • Attend tier one meeting 

  • Clean all areas as required 

  • Wear required P.P.E. 

  • Follow LO/TO and confined space (Training required)
