Location: Elkins, WV, 26241
Duration: 11-week
Shift: 12-hour Days  | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $1,044 - $1,152; (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for an 11-week assignment in Elkins, WV. The LPN will provide direct nursing care to patients, ensuring high-quality, compassionate, and efficient care during the day shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
  • Monitor patients’ health conditions and report changes to the registered nurse or physician.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document accordingly.
  • Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of West Virginia.
