Balancing multiple patient needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and adapting to frequent changes in patient acuity are common challenges. Effective communication, proactive prioritization, and leveraging support from colleagues can help nurses manage workload and maintain high-quality care. Additionally, taking advantage of Kaiser's professional development resources can enhance coping strategies and job satisfaction.
