Job description

Job Title: Java Developer
Location: Austin, TX (Day 1 Onsite No Hybrid)
Local Candidates: Preferred
Can do Only W2. No C2C

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced React JS Developer with AWS to join a client project in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable web applications using React.js and developing cloud-native solutions on AWS. The candidate must be comfortable working onsite from Day 1 and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Required Skills:
Minimum 4 years of genuine U.S. experience.
Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Hands-on experience with Redux, React Hooks, Context API, and RESTful APIs.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
Experience with AWS Cloud Services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, and DynamoDB.
Experience integrating frontend applications with backend REST APIs.
Knowledge of Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket for version control.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Node.js or Express.js.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
Experience working on State or Government projects.
Knowledge of responsive web design and accessibility standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
Build reusable UI components and optimize applications for performance.
Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS services.
Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Participate in code reviews, follow coding standards, and best practices.
Troubleshoot application issues and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of genuine U.S. experience.
Strong React.js and AWS development experience.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
