Job description

Trainee-CNA program

GET PAID TRAINING to become an CNA and work for Northeast Ohio's Premier Senior Living Communities!

Judson Senior Living South Franklin Circle in Chagrin Falls, Ohio is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Trainees for PAID TRAINING. Earn as you learn in our training class. Upon successful completion of the training class, you will be offered Full Time employment.  

Must be open to any shift and be open to working weekends as needed. Must also at least have a high school diploma along with some clinical healthcare experience to be considered.

What will I do in this role with Judson?

  • Participate in 3 weeks of training in the Earn & Learn Program (Classroom training will be held at a nearby designated location in East Cleveland)
  • Receive full-time wages while learning.
  • The training will be split between on-line learning, on the floor practice, and classroom learning.
  • The cost of the class and first test will be covered by Judson in return for commitment by you for one year of employment.
  • Upon completion of the class, you will qualify to take the state licensing exam within 120 days to obtain your CNA license.

What will I earn?

  • $12.00/hour while completing the training class
  • $15.00/hour after training until you pass the CNA test and receive your license
  • $17.50/hour after passing CNA test and receiving license with shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift

What do I need for this role with Judson?

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Some clinical/healthcare experience required.
