AMG SpecialtyHospital โ€“Hancock Campus is seeking aFull Time Chief Clinical Officer, CCO RN with one-two years of leadership experience is required.The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) is a Registered Nurseand is a member of the positive leadership and administrative team of two hospital campuses. Also participates in staffing, decision-making, policy determination, and clinical planning and clinical operations of the hospital. She/he has the responsibility for overseeing the management of nursing practices in accordance with regulatory requirements. The CNO must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to delivering quality nursing care; strategies for examining and applying relevant concepts; current leadership, management, and developmental performance improvement concepts; and the ability to participate in developing and implementing positive strategies to address opportunities for improving nursing care.

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Indiana Registered Nurse Licensure.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Current ACLS certification.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management ability with a minimum of one to two yearsโ€™ experience in nursing leadership inhighacuity setting.
  • Able to communicate positively and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
