Job DescriptionJob Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Department: Long-Term CarePay Rate: $30.00 HourlyHours: 5:45am- 6:15pm (3- days a week, Rotating days during the week with every other weekend)Benefits

The charge nurse position is responsible for:
  • Performing a variety of duties to provide quality nursing care to residents and to coordinate total nursing care for residents.
  • Must be able to work weekends & holidays.
  • Frequent lifting & moving. Must have the ability to lift, move, & transfer 100 lbs with the physical capability to perform all job-related duties.
  • Implementing specific procedures and programs
  • Participating with the director of nursing and the ADON in establishing specific goals
  • Determining work procedures and expediting workflow
  • Ensuring compliance with all operating policies and procedures and Oklahoma Department of Health regulations and Federal Health Care Administration regulations
  • Communicating with and supervising appropriate personnel
  • Providing daily reports and other periodic reports
  • Performing all the duties of a certified nursing aide (CNA) and certified medication aide (CMA) when required.
Essential Duties:
  • Have active RN or LPN Licensure for the State of Oklahoma
  • Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day
  • Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
  • Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment
  • Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
  • Supportive and compassionate
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a Diploma from an accreditednursing school.
  • Take pride in providing high-quality care
  • Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)
