*URGENTLY HIRING!* Production Operator – Day Shift Location: Columbus, NE 68601 Employment Type: W2 Temp-to-hire, High potential for extension and permanent conversion Pay Rate: $20/hour Schedule: Day Shift (A or C Shift), 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 12-hour shifts Rotation: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on Overview We are hiring Production Operators for a manufacturing environment supporting routine production and packaging operations. This role is ideal for candidates with previous manufacturing or machine operator experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting and rotating between different tasks throughout the shift. Candidates with prior machine operator experience in manufacturing will receive first preference.

Job Responsibilities: Perform routine production operations including filling, packing, packaging, labeling, assembling, inspecting, and utility support Operate production equipment and support manufacturing processes under general supervision Maintain accurate production records and logs Follow FDA, GMP, ISO9000, and standard operating procedures Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met Rotate between assigned production tasks and work areas as needed Support team production goals and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing experience required Previous machine operator experience strongly preferred Ability to read, write, and understand specifications written in English Ability to perform basic math calculations Comfortable working 12-hour shifts and flexible overtime when needed Reliable transportation required Ability to work in a team environment and follow detailed instructions Regular and punctual attendance required Experience Encouraged to Apply: Machine Operator Production Operator Manufacturing Associate Assembly Technician Packaging Operator Production Associate Manufacturing Technician Line Operator General Production Worker Warehouse Manufacturing Associate .
