Who You Are
- BCBA certified with current state licensure (or eligible).
- Experienced in supervising behavior therapists or RBTs (1 year or more experience required).
- A collaborative, compassionate clinician who loves to learn and grow.
- Excellent communicator and natural team leader.

Community School: The Community School is a preschool that offers high-quality early childhood education for children without autism as well as ABA-based treatment for children with autism - all in a blended classroom environment.
What You'll Do
- Treatment recommendations based on assessment results and what is medically necessary for each client.
- Programming in an inclusive environment in which clients have natural opportunities to generalize their skills alongside their peers.
- Achieve true kindergarten readiness through daily and natural classroom routines with a 4:1 student to teacher ratio.
- Provide high-quality service to clients while integrating ABA treatment in group and individual settings.
AIM ABA: AIM ABA is designed around what matters most: meaningful progress, increased independence, and a life that includes connection, joy, and belonging. Services are flexible and are delivered in the setting where life happens, including home, school, workplace, or the broader community. This allows our team to support goals that are practical, functional and truly relevant to each client's day-to-day routines and relationships.
What You'll Do
- Treatment recommendations based on comprehensive assessment results and medical necessity, with a focus on high quality, individualized clinical care.
- Design treatment in the environments where clients live, learn, and participate, creating meaningful opportunities to build independence and generalize skills that last beyond therapy sessions.
- Partner with caregivers and other professionals to build consistent, coordinated support that extends treatment across the client's everyday life.
