Job description

The Residence at North Ridge, a Mission Health Managed Community, is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our 190-apartment Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

Salary: $105,000–$125,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced leader who is passionate about senior living and committed to creating an exceptional environment for our residents, families, and team members. Guided by our CARES values of Character, Attitude, Respect, Excellence, and Service, the Executive Director provides overall leadership and operational oversight of the community.
