Salary from $80,170 to $82,000
Senior living, general healthcare or at least 3 years of proven managerial experience is required for the Resident Services Manager position.

What Will You Be Doing?
This position works closely with the Executive Director and is critical to leading the community to financial, regulatory, and operational success. In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Direct supervision and financial oversight of Reception, Activities, Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments as well as their success.
  • Employee hiring, training, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Human resources and business office duties.
  • Census development.
  • Compliance with state regulations.
  • Always ensuring resident & family satisfaction.
  • Promote, direct, and engage staff members toward Bonaventure Senior Living's Mission and Value Statement.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.

Qualifications
  • Hold an Administrator's License or be able to obtain one.
  • Proven track record in sales and revenue/expense management.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Successful experience in an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facility, desired.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
  • Must have a valid driver's license
