Industrial Electrician – Day ShiftPay: $26.00–$30.00/hourJob Summary

Cannonball Recruiting is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician with strong experience in PLC troubleshooting/programming, conveyor systems, and industrial electrical maintenance. This position is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on industrial electrical equipment, automated production systems, and material handling equipment. The ideal candidate has experience working in a manufacturing environment and can diagnose electrical and control system issues to minimize downtime while maintaining a safe and efficient operation.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
  • Diagnose electrical issues and minimize equipment downtime.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs.
  • Work safely while supporting daily production operations.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience or equivalent.
  • Experience working with 480V three-phase electrical systems.
  • Ability to read electrical prints and schematics.
  • Experience troubleshooting motors, sensors, relays, starters, and industrial controls.
  • PLC troubleshooting experience required; PLC programming experience is a plus.
  • Electrical trade school, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and work in a manufacturing environment.
