Job Type: Full-Time, 1st Shift (7:00am - 3:00pm) Saturdays during Peak season - August - November
Pay Rate: $15.00
About Us: The Bloomsburg location of MSP is a bulk mailing facility which offers production management, Inkjet/laser personalization, lettershop capabilities, warehouse services, and on-site drop-shipping. We process millions of pieces of mail every week.
Job Summary: The Laser Printer Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining Inkjet and laser printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve printing issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Inkjet/laser printers to produce printed materials according to specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
  • Monitor print jobs for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues, including jams and malfunctions.
  • Ability to communicate with Tech Support when needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of print jobs.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating Inkjet/ laser printers or similar equipment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Self-Starter with the ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to cross train and assist in other areas as needed
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with printing software.
  • Must be able to work weekends during Peak Season
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 70lbs occasionally and move printing supplies and equipment.
  • Standing for extended periods while operating printers.
