Travel Coordinator
Full-time
York, PA
This position will aid in the coordination of work-related travel for current and prospective employees.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arrange all travel and accommodations for new hire employees to coincide with orientations (travel arrangements can include flights, hotel, bus, Amtrak, uber and/or taxi).
- Coordinate all business related travel for current employees in scope.
- Ensure employees and new hires have all necessary logistics and materials for planned travel.
- Reconcile travel credit card statement.
- Performs other related duties as requested.
Minimum Requirements:
Two years of administrative working experience.
High School Diploma, or other equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Two years of transportation related experience.
One year of travel coordination experience.
Working Conditions:
This position will operate within an office environment.
Long hours may be required from time to time dependent upon business needs.
Occasional need to remain standing for hours at a time.
Occasional need to take an after-hours call to schedule travel.
