In this role, you will operate in a fully remote setting using telehealth technology to connect with clients. Our practice encourages a culture of teamwork and ongoing support, facilitated through regular meetings and contacts with supervisors and fellow clinicians. Our remote environment is designed to ensure you can focus on your clients without the distractions often found in traditional healthcare settings, allowing for more time spent engaging with patients directly rather than in paperwork.

• Deliver high-quality remote counseling as part of an 8-week evidence-based program, guiding participants through their mental health challenges.

• Monitor individual progress by providing ongoing follow-ups, care coordination recommendations, and meticulous documentation of session notes to track developments.

• Engage as an active member of the care team, supporting clients in accessing necessary resources and ensuring they complete consent and authorization processes effectively.

• Identify high-risk participant encounters with safety concerns and follow established protocols to manage these situations decisively and compassionately.

• Participate in regular clinical meetings, monthly team discussions, and town halls to foster open communication and continuous improvement within the organization.

• Uphold confidentiality standards as mandated by HIPAA Privacy & Security policies and complete required annual training to stay current with best practices.

As a counselor at Oasis of Healing, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges. Our patients benefit from structured evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), aimed at empowering them to develop effective coping strategies and resilience. • A valid and current mental health license: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Availability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule to accommodate patient needs.

• Demonstrated clinical experience utilizing psychotherapy methods, particularly CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches.

• A genuine passion for making a positive impact in behavioral healthcare and enhancing future mental health services.

• Compliance with UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy for remote employees.

• All candidates must pass a drug test as part of the hiring process.

While not mandatory, having previous experience working in a telehealth environment, managing client caseloads remotely, and using electronic health record (EHR) systems can enhance your effectiveness in this position. Being well-versed in handling high-acuity patient cases or crisis intervention can also be advantageous.

• Starting annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, reflective of experience and workload.
