In this vital role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of activities aimed at providing exceptional care to participants:

• Deliver remote, high-quality care through an 8-week evidence-based therapeutic program.
• Monitor participant progress, maintaining detailed documentation of sessions and follow-up communications.
• Actively participate in a multidisciplinary care team, assisting clients with accessing resources and completing necessary authorization forms.
• Identify and address high-risk encounters with participants, implementing company protocols to ensure safety and well-being.
• Engage in regular meetings with supervisors and attend monthly team updates, further fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards as outlined in HIPAA Privacy & Security policies, ensuring ongoing compliance with training requirements.

Your role will have a significant impact on diverse populations. You will focus on clients navigating various mental health challenges, guiding them through their journey towards healing with a personalized approach. By utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), you will empower them to adopt sustainable coping strategies and create meaningful changes in their lives.

We require candidates to hold one or more of the following licenses:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

Additionally, you should be prepared to maintain a steady patient schedule, possess clinical experience in providing psychotherapy with evidence-based techniques, and exhibit a fervent commitment to improving the future of behavioral health care.

While specific licenses are essential, we also value experience that includes:

• Demonstrated clinical practice with various therapy approaches.
• A track record of successfully engaging clients through telehealth platforms.
• Experience working with higher-risk populations requiring nuanced interventions.
• Familiarity with UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy, as all remote employees must adhere to these guidelines.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and number of hours worked. As a full-time counselor, you will also receive:
