As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for delivering clinical mental health services to clients via video chat. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual mental health counseling sessions with empathy and ethical standards.
• Performing ongoing assessments of clients’ treatment needs and modifying plans as necessary.
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans that focus on recovery and personal growth.
• Collaborating with clients to develop essential coping, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.

You will primarily support stable, low-acuity adults seeking mental health services as part of their detox journey. By establishing a rapport and delivering tailored treatment strategies, you will assist clients in navigating their challenges and building healthier habits. Your work will contribute directly to improved patient outcomes, facilitating a smoother transition into long-term recovery.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated compassionate approach to clients.
• Familiarity with technology and ability to maintain stable Wi-Fi for remote sessions.

Although not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in mental health counseling, particularly within a detox or substance abuse treatment setting, will be valued. Experience developing personalized treatment plans and familiarity with recovery-based methodologies will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive:
