Advanced Radiology, SC (ARSC) is seeking a Hybrid General Diagnostic Radiologist to join their growing team. This full-time, partnership-track position offers a blend of subspecialty and general radiology, with flexible scheduling and extensive time off. The role is based in Moline, IL, serving the Quad Cities and surrounding regions, and includes a $75K commencement bonus.

Practice Info

  • 23-physician, partially sub-specialized radiology group
  • Staffs multiple hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers
  • Headquartered in the Iowa/Illinois Quad Cities region
  • Serves the Quad Cities, Southeast Iowa, Dubuque, Southwest Wisconsin, and surrounding areas
  • Each provider spends 50%-60% of their time in their specialty, with general radiology supported through a fair coverage model

Responsibilities

  • Read a full range of diagnostic radiology, including Body Imaging, Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology, Nuclear Medicine
  • Perform light interventional procedures
  • Read within your given subspecialty

Compensation

  • Salary range for this position is $600,000-$650,000
  • $600K base salary for new employees only
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
  • 1-year partnership-track position with a $75K commencement bonus
  • $75K commencement, retention, and productivity bonus available

  • Must hold or be eligible for Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin medical licenses
  • Fellowship training in any subspecialty preferred but not required
  • MQSA preferred but not required
