We are seeking a Program Billing Manager to provide day-to-day program billing operations of the agency including but not limited to; provider fee schedules, program unit cost analysis, service authorizations fiscal verification and reporting.

What you'll do:

  • Oversees all program billing operations within OCES, ensuring fiscal compliance with contracts, state and federal regulations and corporate standards
  • Partners with internal and external managers to meet corporate initiatives
  • Manages billing unit activities related to consumers, provider billing and all agency funding sources
  • Manages fiscal accuracy of authorized billing units, project future billing units
  • Ability to effectively analyze Program Service data and identify risks and opportunities
  • Effectively communicates fiscal issues with internal and external stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, and or related field
  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • Minimum five years of experience
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Work Enviromment:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at times
  • Must have personal computer with secure internet access at home
