Job description

AWC is looking for staff who are kind, energetic and creative who enjoy assisting individuals to become part of their local communities. You will be assisting an individual with intellectual disabilities with some daily living skills as well as finding volunteer opportunities and teaching skills such as cooking, money management, shopping, reading, etc. You will work with the family and individual with creating a unique and quality individualized day program.
The following positions are available:
Huntington- Female - 30 hours weekly- 7:30am to 3;30pm 6 hours a day Monday-Friday
Springfield- Young man- 25 hours weekly - between 9am to 5pm 5 hours a day Monday-Friday
Springfield- Male 25 hours weekly - Between 10am -6pm 5 hours a day Monday-Friday
Feeding Hills- Male 20 hours weekly 10am to 2pm 4 hours a day Monday-Friday
Westfield- Female- 15 hours weekly- 9 am 2pm 5 hours a day Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Wilbraham- Male 18 hours weekly 11 am to 5pm 6 hours a day Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Some days and hours can be flexible. Some of1 the positions can be combined for more hours.
