Sr. Program Manager (Data focused)

San Francisco, CA - Hybrid

3-months Contract role


Note: Experience in customer-focused or consumer-facing industries such as DoorDash, Stripe, Homestay, Amazon, or similar companies is preferred.


Clientโ€™s Community Blueprint team is seeking a seasoned leader to translate insights into action and drive high-impact programs. Youโ€™ll balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, partnering with technical experts to turn complex challenges into measurable results.


In this role, you will identify and close user experience gaps, elevate the teamโ€™s visibility and influence, and align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver initiatives that enhance the host and guest experience. Success requires exceptional communication, the ability to influence senior leaders, and a track record of delivering results in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

A Typical Day

  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs: managing multiple priorities simultaneously while navigating ambiguity and shifting requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Partner with executive leadership: establishing alignment, sharing progress updates, and setting clear expectations on program outcomes.
  • Own and continually refine the central program plan: ensuring it evolves as the program progresses through stages and new information emerges.
  • Define and implement program plans, schedules, and performance metrics: meeting executive standards for rigor and transparency.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders: fostering collaboration and shared accountability across the organization.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks: resolving issues swiftly and maintaining accountability for delivery timelines.
  • Communicate complex program goals and messaging succinctly: tailoring information for a broad audience with varying levels of involvement.
  • Develop program materials for leaders, stakeholders, and teams: bringing clarity and excitement to every communication touchpoint.
  • Scale best practices across the organization: strengthening the Community Blueprint mission and enhancing overall delivery efficiency.
  • Continuously refine program management processes: driving organizational maturity, consistency, and long-term impact.


Your Expertise


Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.


  • Program Management: 12+ years of program management experience, with proven leadership in driving complex, data-led programs and initiatives focused on transformation and embedding lasting practices.
  • Tools & Platforms: Expert-level proficiency in Airtable and Google Workspace, with superior attention to detail in execution and documentation.
  • Communication: Able to deliver clear, impactful messaging that is consistent and aligned with Client's tone and spirit.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled in building trusted relationships, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and securing support for transformation initiatives.
  • Governance & Risk Awareness: Ensures all activities meet governance standards, mitigate risks, and support organizational integrity.
  • Data Literacy: Comfortable partnering with data and engineering teams, leveraging data-driven practices to inform strategy and decision-making.
