Part-Time Seasonal Customer Service & Automation Specialist

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking Part-Time Seasonal Customer Service & Automation Specialists to support family enrollment while helping improve and streamline internal registration processes.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective families during the enrollment journey while also identifying opportunities to automate workflows, improve communications, and increase operational efficiency across registration and customer support functions.

This role also serves as a trusted resource for families navigating childcare assistance programs. The Customer Service & Automation Specialist will develop expertise in childcare subsidy programs and guide families through eligibility, enrollment, and renewal processes to improve access and reduce barriers to care.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both customer service and finding smarter ways to get work done through technology, systems, and process improvement.

This position is seasonal with the potential to transition into a year-round role based on performance and organizational needs. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
