Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Program Aide to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in a structured Adult Day Program. In this role, you will help participants build daily living skills, engage in meaningful activities, and foster independence in a safe, supportive environment. This position requires creativity, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist adults with IDD with daily routines, personal care, and mobility as needed
  • Lead and support group and individual activities focused on life skills, social skills, and recreation
  • Encourage independence, positive behavior, and active participation
  • Adapt activities to meet individual needs and abilities
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment
  • Document participant progress and communicate with team members
  • Maintain a clean, organized program space and assist with setup and cleanup

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Earn up to $18.00/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay option
