Job Summary:
Prepare and serve nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snacks Monday through Friday for participants in the UVMH Adult Day Program, ensuring meals meet a variety of dietary and medical needs. Collaborate with program staff to plan menus, manage food ordering, and maintain appropriate inventory levels. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all food program and safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment that supports safe food preparation and a positive dining experience.
Education:
High School Diploma.
Experience:
Minimum one to two years' experience in the food service industry; or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
