Job description

Salary: 23.00-25.00

Position Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of DDD residential group homes to ensure quality member care and compliance
standards are maintained
Initiate, monitor, and maintain program compliance in accordance with DDD regulations and company policies and
procedures
Utilize and oversee documentation systems including Therap and Connecteam for compliance tracking,
communication, scheduling, audits, staff accountability, and documentation oversight
Collaborate closely with House Leads and management teams to ensure oversight of staff duties, documentation
responsibilities, and member care expectations
Ensure staff are completing required trainings, documentation, incident reporting, and compliance tasks in a timely
manner
Monitor implementation of individualized supports, behavior plans, medication oversight, health/safety protocols, and
person-centered care practices
Conduct audits, review documentation, and identify areas requiring corrective action, follow-up, or operational
improvement
Support staffing coordination, scheduling oversight, and communication between departments to maintain
operational stability
Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, accountability, and support to Team Leads and Direct Support
Professionals
Maintain professional communication and collaboration with guardians, support coordinators, clinicians, behavioral
health providers, BTP specialists, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure a compassionate, structured, and professional environment for both staff and members


Behavior Treatment Plan (BTP) Oversight:

Ensure all Behavior Treatment Plans (BTPs), in collaboration with BTP specialists, are initiated, completed,
submitted to PRC, and scheduled for PRC review within the companys internal 90-day deadline from the time of
member placement
Collaborate with Team Leads, BTP specialists, behavioral teams, and outside providers to ensure timely collection of
all required documentation, assessments, and behavioral data necessary for BTP completion

Conduct and oversee weekly follow-ups regarding outstanding documentation and assessments, behavioral tracking
data and incident trends, PRC preparation and submission timelines, and barriers impacting completion or compliance
readiness
Track and monitor outstanding items while ensuring outside providers and interdisciplinary team members are
followed up with appropriately when documentation or information is delayed
Ensure Team Leads address barriers immediately and escalate concerns appropriately when outside parties are
unresponsive to repeated requests
Maintain intentional, ongoing, and documented communication throughout the BTP process until PRC review has
been completed
Ensure staff are implementing and utilizing PRC-approved behavioral interventions and de-escalation techniques
consistently within the homes


Weekly Member Care & Compliance Oversight:

Review and oversee weekly updates regarding each members overall care status, behavioral trends, concerns or
improvements, appointments, evaluations, meetings, services, and changes impacting care planning, safety, or
behavioral supports
Ensure continuity of care, proactive communication, and effective service coordination between all departments and
providers
Maintain accountability systems to ensure internal deadlines, documentation standards, and operational
expectations are consistently upheld
Support corrective action processes and performance improvement initiatives when expectations are not being met


Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Nursing, Business
Administration, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in DDD/IDD residential services, behavioral health,
healthcare, or group home operations preferred
Experience overseeing staff performance, compliance, scheduling, and residential operations
Strong knowledge of DDD regulations, compliance standards, incident reporting, behavioral support systems, and
person-centered care practices
Experience using electronic documentation and scheduling systems such as Therap and Connecteam preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, deadlines, and compliance expectations effectively
Ability to collaborate professionally with interdisciplinary teams, guardians, clinicians, support coordinators, BTP
specialists, and direct care staff
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Ability to pass DDD-required background checks, fingerprint clearance, and training requirements
Valid drivers license with reliable transportation preferred
