• Provide short-term, evidence-based therapy via secure video conferencing to a diverse clientele, including cash-pay and insurance clients seeking assistance for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.
• Utilize a personalized approach to therapy, educating clients on coping skills and strategies that empower them to achieve their treatment goals.
• Actively engage clients in setting concrete, achievable objectives, and provide ongoing support to facilitate their progress.
• Consistently document client interactions in compliance with legal regulations, utilizing the clinic’s electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Adapt therapeutic interventions based on client feedback and evolving needs, demonstrating flexibility in approach while maintaining evidence-based practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to remain current with best practices in mental health therapy.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a current, valid license to practice in California, specifically as either an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Ability to work independently and manage a case load with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to healthcare and social welfare.

We are looking for candidates with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth setting. Experience with developing treatment plans and employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities will be highly beneficial.
