• Conduct individual therapy sessions using video conferencing tools, providing short-term, evidence-based emotional and psychological support for clients seeking help with a variety of mental health issues.
• Engage in active listening and articulate therapeutic techniques to educate clients on coping skills, establish concrete therapeutic goals, and implement problem-solving strategies that promote resilience and recovery.
• Utilize a wide array of therapeutic modalities while abiding by ethical standards and best practices for mental health care delivery.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and client interactions in our electronic health record system while adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality.
• Foster a supportive and safe therapeutic environment that encourages open dialogue and promotes mental wellness.

The clients you will work with range from individuals seeking support for anxiety and depression to those coping with more complex mental health issues. Your role is pivotal in facilitating their journey towards improved mental health. By employing a client-centered approach, you will tailor your therapeutic methods to align with each patient’s unique circumstances and motivations.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• A valid professional license to practice psychotherapy in the State of California, specifically as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Must be a California resident or willing to relocate to California.
• Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal health regulations related to mental healthcare.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, particularly with telehealth or remote therapy.
• Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of therapeutic practices and a background in evidence-based therapies.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of culturally competent care.

We offer competitive compensation, with an annual salary range of USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 based on your experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
