We are looking for a part-time Courtside Club Host/Hostess to join our team here at Spurs Sports & Entertainment! This position will serve as a point of contact during Spurs home games at the Frost Bank Center, providing an excellent level of customer service to a high-end clientele. The position provides high-touch guest service to Courtside Club Members during all San Antonio home games, ensuring a seamless and elevated game night experience. The Courtside Club Host/Hostess will be responsible for quality assurance checks prior to doors opening, assisting with culinary quality control, educating guests about the club amenities, timing of player viewing & photo opportunities as well as attending to each of our guests varied requests pre-game through an hour post-game.
This is a seasonal position that will conclude at the end of the 2026-27 NBA season, to include any potential playoff games.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide game night support as it relates to customer service for our Spurs Courtside Season Ticket Members and Ledger Courtside Club guests. Interacts with members primarily through face-to-face interactions; provides customer service and collaborates with staff members to enhance the fan experience.
  • Supports Courtside & Membership Services Team members with client retention initiatives, including special event execution and Spurs season ticket benefit fulfillment on game nights and occasional non-game day membership events.
  • Facilitates guest communication and efficiently routes service requests to appropriate teams after an initial assessment.
  • Acts as liaison between Spurs Sports & Entertainment and Season Ticket Members with game night service requests.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:
  • Strong customer service, oral and written skills
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work 2 to 3 days per week to include game nights and non-game day member events
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evening, weekends, some holidays and event nights.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a team environment and work with all types of people
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing projects
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information
  • Must always maintain professionalism in regard to appearance and actions

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds on occasion.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
