WHAT YOU WILL DO

•    Service approximately 15 residential customers per day on an assigned route

•    Apply granular and liquid lawn care treatments safely and accurately following company protocols

•    Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on your route — communicate clearly, listen carefully, build trust, and assist current and prospective customers with new service onboarding

•    Identify and diagnose turf issues, recommend solutions, and authorize appropriate service adjustments

•    Operate and maintain a company vehicle throughout the workday in a clean and safe manner

•    Accurately document services performed and materials used on every stop

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

•    Valid driver's license with a clean record — minimal infractions in the past 3 years

•    Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day

•    Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

•    Strong customer service and communication skills — you will interact with homeowners daily

•    Career minded individuals who are interested in growing with us through our Technician Promotion Program.

•    Self-motivated and reliable — able to manage an independent daily route

•    High school diploma or GED required
