Do you love active outdoor construction and have experience building decks or fences? American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier local installer to hire a full-time Installation Laborer. Secure a dependable Monday-Friday day shift routine, excellent local wages, and a solid career path with an industry leader!
Description for Laborer:
  • Dig structural post holes and prep ground lines for high-end fencing installations.
  • Plumb and set structural wood, vinyl, or metal posts securely in concrete bases.
  • Measure, align, and cut timber rails, pickets, and decking boards using power saws.
  • Stage, lift, and manage heavy construction materials safely across active job sites.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly follow company field safety guidelines.
Details for Laborer:
  • Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00 / hour (DOE).
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday | Day Shift (Full-Time).
  • Location: Regional field sites (Dispatched daily).
Requirements for Laborer:
  • Prior hands-on fencing and/or deck-building experience is required.
