Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a Nurse Manager for Labor and Delivery on the day shift, for a hospital client in Seattle, Washington.

The hospital is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Labor and Delivery Manager for a 30-bed labor unit. The successful candidate will share responsibility for quality, finance, staffing, and the patient and caregiver experience. This role reports directly to the Senior Labor and Delivery Manager. The senior manager, manager, and clinical supervisor work collaboratively to run the department.

Position Details

Base Salary: $150,000 - $175,000
Shift: Day shift
Unit Size: 30 labor beds

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing, or an Associate Degree in Nursing with a commitment to obtain the BSN within two years of the date of hire.
  • Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Three years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • One year of first-line management experience.
