Las responsabilidades incluyen (pero no se limitan) a: siembra en campos/greenhouse, toma de data, realizar cruces, cosecha, molienda, rouging, operador de equipo y maquinaria, limpieza y mantenimiento, preparación de muestras y aplicación de agroquímicos entre otras tareas asignadas.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to planting in fields/greenhouse, data collection, crosses, harvesting, milling, rouging, equipment and machinery operation, cleaning and maintenance, sample preparation and agrochemicals application among other duties assigned.
EDUCACION Y EXPERIENCIA
El candidato debe de tener diploma de escuela superior o equivalente y/o experiencia de 2-3 años en trabajo relacionado a la producción de semillas.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, or 2-3 years of experience related on seed production.
HABILIDAES Y COMPETENCIAS
El candidato debe tener buenas destrezas interpersonales, capaz de trabajar en equipo y conocimiento en computadora (deseable). El candidato debe saber leer, escribir y hablar en Español, estar dispuesto a trabajar en áreas de procesamiento de semillas y/o campo abierto donde las condiciones ambientales pueden ser de: calor, frío, mojado y seco. Además debe ser capaz de levantar carga de hasta 50 libras. Debe estar dispuesto a trabajar en ocasiones horas extensas de trabajo, incluyendo días feriados y fin de semana.
