Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, mid-level Office Support Specialist to join our team in Durham, NC. In this role, you will anchor our day-to-day office operations, providing dependable administrative assistance to our leadership, logistics, and operations teams. A key component of this role includes supporting our logistics workflow by actively tracking, scheduling, and entering expenses related to fleet management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operational & Fleet Support: Provide seamless administrative assistance to managers and operations staff. Actively track vehicle maintenance schedules, coordinate fleet logistics, and manage data entry and tracking for all fleet-related expenses.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, assist with general invoicing, and handle accurate, timely data entry.
  • Records Management: Maintain organized, up-to-date physical and digital filing systems for general operations and fleet compliance.

  • Workflow Optimization: Follow and help refine established office procedures to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office support experience in a professional setting.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), with strong data entry accuracy.

  • Core Competencies: Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
